Full-Time Elementary School - Admissions Process

We have a simple but meaningful admissions process here at Mousam River STEM Academy.  There are no entrance exams, just a personal meet & greet process to ensure our school is a great fit for both the child and their family! We are currently accepting admission applications for both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years and are excited to meet your family! 

We encourage prospective families to schedule an introductory visit to our school.  This will give families a chance to tour our classrooms, see our outdoor learning spaces, learn about our program, and ask questions!  To schedule a visit email  Admissions@MousamRiverSTEMAcademy.com or call/text (207) 313-6388.

Financial aid packages are now available for our full-time elementary school (K-5) program.  If your family is interested in applying for financial aid, we encourage you to begin the application process now.  The number of awards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  To receive a copy of the tuition assistance application, please email Admissions@MousamRiverSTEMAcademy.com or call 207-313-6388.  There is a separate $50 fee to process all tuition assistance applications, which must be submitted in conjunction with the general application for admissions.  If you have any questions regarding this process, please don't hesitate to reach out.  We look forward to hearing from you and helping your family through this process!

Decisions regarding admissions will be made on a rolling basis as applications are received.  Each applicant will be notified of the admission decision in writing. 

 Admission to Mousam River STEM Academy will be confirmed upon completion of the enrollment documents provided with the acceptance letter and receipt of the 10% tuition non-refundable deposit.
